  4. you cannot pull your own credit bureau more than three times in the enrollment period of six months or 180 days.

How much does it cost?

The fee for credit repair depends on how much repair needs to be completed. No two reports are the same. After evaluating your credit report, Griffin Credit will propose a cost to you for its services. Your representative will aid you in determining the cost of the repair prior to working on your credit.

How long does it take?

We will work on your credit for up to six months. This is the maximum time allowed by law. You'll see optimal results within 60 days depending on the severity of the credit report.

Does Griffin have a payment plan?

Griffin Credit offers a variety of payment plans to make credit repair affordable to all. Unlike other credit repair companies we don’t have a different level of service with each level of payment plan. Simply put - we make credit repair affordable to all and offer top notch service to each and every customer. We have representatives across the country who can go over your options and the various payment plans we offer. Don’t let valuable time pass you by.

How can credit be repaired?

We love answering this question. When is the last time you saw a commercial that stated your consumer protection laws? You probably never have seen such a commercial. However, we bet that you have seen a free credit report commercial! This is because the finance companies, reporting agencies, and the proverbial "powers that be" want to market a bogus "free" service that enables them to collect and resell your information to lending companies across the nation. They are not interested in protecting your scores so you can save money and interest on items financed.

Why does Griffin Credit require everything to be mailed, rather than faxed or emailed?

Because fax machines, scanners, and email can have potential problems: readability, technology errors, and mistakes can occur. While mail via USPS may be slower, it is safer, effective, and much easier to receive and read. Mail correspondence only to: P.O. Box 2747 Olathe, Kansas 66063

How do I get updates on my credit repair?

Click on Login at the top of each page, you will be prompted for your username and password. Once you’re logged in, you can view your credit repair.

Who do I contact about customer service?

That is what is so great about Griffin, everything is automated. If you have any customer service questions, simply click oncontact us. Fill out your question or concern and you will be emailed by a specialist the same day you email us.

Why does Griffin Credit require I send the updated reports sent from Transunion, Experian, and Equifax?

So we won't pull your credit numerous times throughout the process. The burden of proof is upon the reporting agencies, not you, and certainly not Griffin Credit. We must push them to provide us with the updates to show proper search and discovery. They must show willful compliance. We ensure they do. When you send us the updates, it will reflect what has been re-verified, deleted, or Updated. This is what we use to further dispute your report.

Do I need to see my credit report before signing up for credit repair?

No, you will receive a consultation from an agent on your credit. We simply don’t email, fax, or mail credit reports.

Does paying my bills restore my credit?

No, in fact, if you pay old debts that could be deleted, this can sometimes HURT your score. It is better to go through credit repair to see what will be removed before attempting to pay off debt that could potentially be stricken from your report. Also, just because you have paid your debts off doesn't mean you will see an increase in scores. There are ways to raise your score, eliminate the bad mark off of your credit, and force the creditor to report a positive history of your payments. Griffin can help.
